here you have most of me distilled (as for now), have fun!

if you just need my cv, here it is

who am i? (somewhat short, pitch deck version)

i'm a medical student at Humanitas University, Milan (Italy). but don't you dare think that you'll find me in class or studying for whatever exam we have. you'll find me cornered in one of the big rooms, in a meeting, or discovering something absolutely NOT fancy, going through a rabbit hole of the most absurd things that no one finds interesting (so, if you do, pls email me). other than that, i studied classical music (guitar) for 12 years, started the academy at 5, abandoned once (maybe not for all) at 17, desperately looking for something that wasn't as strict and soul crashing.

i was born in London, UK, because my parents are gynecologysts and were there for an internship (+ a lot of family drama). none of them speak english. however that gave me a competitive advantage, something unique! not only my name is absurdly long, i also have the "foreign" sticker. how exciting. spent the first 15 years of my life in Siena (i think of them as my Middle Age), eventually moved to Florence (my Renaissance, in theory and practice). i was very introverted in Italy: i spent most of my time alone thinking, writing, drawing, playing music, trying to unterstand greek and latin literature (huge obsession of mine when pursuing classical studies in high school).

might come as a surprise, but i wanted to become an artist. the relentless direction that my parents imposed to me (med school) didn't crush my dreams. yes, i entered med school, but i kept my art on the side at all times. i channeled my love and madness towards the neuroscience of creativity, and how neuroscience can be studied across so many disciplines! and then, during my 3/4 year, i decided that residency wasn't for me. actually, medicine, in the end, wasn't for me at all. i started working in startups, leveraging my proactivity and insane agency (for more info read below), and i discovered more and more that a lot of amazing things, at the edge of beyond, existed or where about to exist: creative technology, art&&science, mixed media... i was flabbergasted! stupider and stupider, i didnt believe such things were real, and i kept them hidden in my heart. one day though, talking to the one and only Nathaniel Drew, i asked him shyly if... this feeling of wanting a new Renaissance... was permitted.

"of course you can call yourself a Renaissance woman, aren't you already?" he told me. oh yes, yes i was, yes i've always been.

and that is how, in august 2025, after entering The Residency (online v1), i created The Modern Renaissance.

at the moment, i'm working part-time as Founder's Associate for Generalyst, full time (with my heart, soul and body) on The Modern Renaissance with an incredible team. i'm also completing my studies and i plan to be graduated in medicine&&surgery in june 2027 (you're invited!) and potentially already working in a neurotech startup that leverages the beauty of art/interdisciplinarity to further develop the theory (and practice) of consciousness.

where i study | where i work: generalyst

who am i? (ew, a papyrus...)
